After years of working for low- and medium-income properties, as well as teaching, I get to retire and Blog with Rory, a Dream Come True of Mine. Indeed, it can take a toll on one’s health if they do not take the time to take care of themselves first. Most often, we caretakers put ourselves last. Then we take care of ourselves. If we get around to it and do the bare minimum, we can get back to work helping others. In fact, skip lunch. Or, swinging by a fast food place on the go. Health and fitness. Who has time for that when there are deadlines?
But Blog with Rory and have your Dream Come True! Besides having time to take care of myself now, as the boss of my time. Also, I get to schedule self-care and personal growth into my work schedule. And teach others how to take care of themselves. While becoming a healthier and better me.
